Mar. 12th, 2007 09:22 pmok, I need to get this off my chest. maybe It's kind of lame for me to post this here and I should just ignore it (ikke ta meg nær av det.) but I want to show of this dweeb.
first, this guy came into #musicbrainz and started talking about picard being the front end of operations and stuff and stuff and more stuff about how we were doing everything wrong and he knew everything better than us and etc spiel, anyway, I started talking to him also, I said I used opera, not firefox :D (which is what he was using) I think I kept it rather civil, (if entirely not in jest) the details are here..
but I got upset around browser wars?, I left to go see my show about japan, (I was late too, as my computer clock is slow, wtfarsh)
I said in a pm to him that "it doesn't cater to your needs, obviously, but id does cater to MINE, you don't know me, you don't know what I need, stop lekturing me on what I know about what I need"
I then added "please"

of course I reacted badly, and my spelling, no it wasn't of the best. You see, when I get either exited, upset or tired, my spelling flies out the window, I don't know why, it has something to do with the combination of my ADHD (I think faster than my fingers can type, so I think a n d space h e space d i d n apostrophe t space but what I type is "andf d hedidnt" because I think to fast for my fingers to react.), that I don't know Touchy (and instead apply the 'seek and press' method, which means I need to watch my hands while I type. and unfortunately I don't look up until I press 'enter' for some reason. (I dunno, why, it just *is* that way)) and, to a lesser extent, that english is not my prime language, also it gets worse when I forget to take my pills (which I haven't done today, :s)
you can imagine that by the end of this session I was rather upset, and when I said 'you hurt my feelings and act ignorant' what I really wanted to say was 'OMG STFU FUCKING ASSFUCK' :D
it would be best if read the mb-chatlog-links first, to get a good feel of the situation.
in closing I would like to say this:
Look, I know I type badly, I know I might come of as a moron sometimes, I know that I, am a hothead and often misunderstand peoples intentions. I can be very annoying and I might deserve a rightful 'STFU' now and again.
But, there are many people whom misspell and are annoying, there is no need to insult me or impose YOUR opinion on me and say that because I am content with (and I am, believe me) with something, it is because I am to young or stupid to know better.
There is nothing wrong with being content with something! You are not a retard if you don't feel like complaining about whatever it is 24/7!
You are not a 'Tool' if you do not feel like complaining about something that works (most of the time)
