YOU'RE ON THE EDGE.
There have been questions, but you answer them with
a nice plastic smile. The disturbing poetry you
write causes your friends to wonder, but they
don't worry. After all, you wouldn't do
anything.. crazy. Would you?

heh.
Your soul is bound to the Burning Rose: The
Rapture.
"I go where my heart beckons me, and I go
with my head high. But sometimes, I get a need
until I bleed so my heart swims above my
head."
The Burning Rose is associated with passion,
intensity, and desire. It is governed by the
god Eros and its sign is The Flame, or Physical
Love.
As a Burning Rose, you can get lost in the moment
if you let yourself. You are a very physical
person, be it in relationships, work, or play.
You may be driven by your hormones sometimes,
but you know it's because you have to follow
your instinct.

::BIIIIG Smile::

Your romance is more of a love that needs to bloom
within, just like Hedwig of Hedwig and the
Angry Inch. The film features an East German
transsexual who is seeking her "other
half" after constant betrayal. You must
love yourself before you can need another.
You're starting to realize this, along with the
fact that you don't need a significant other to
be a complete person. Your "other
half" has been inside you all along.

The earth was quaking
My mind was aching
And we were making it and you -
Shook me all night
long.

Date: 2003-11-25 06:36 pm (UTC)do you think it's right for my future father-in-law to tell me that I have to go to church where they go to church by saying that he will step in and say stuff if my fiance and I go to another church? (I think this was caused by the fact that I go to a very different style of church, though it's still baptist christianity, and I have asked that my fiance come to church with me on a few special occaisions.) I'm not sure what to say or do... maybe, as someone that isn't as close to the matter, you could give me a fresh look on the matter.

::does that 'thinking' thing::
hmm..
well see here, I have rather strong opinions about this sort of thing, but I'll try to be.. eh 'objective'
I think it isn't AT ALL right for your future father in law to demand you go to ANY other church than the one YOU want to
mind though, what does the fiancee say?
if he wants to go to his old church (because that's the on he feels 'at home' with) things might get tricky, it depends on what HE wants and what YOU want (as in, church-going wise)
if he really feels that he wants to go to his old church, you should let him really, and possibly go with him when ever you feel you can
but at the same time he should go with you, to yours, whenever that would be (as you mentioned; 'special occasions')
generally, this is a thing between you and your fiancee, and really has nothing to do with his parents.. (he's over 18, isn't he? that makes him an adult, and responsible (and in charge) of his own life :P)
well, that's generally all I can say, of what *I* think, I really feel honored you'd value *my* opinion that much :P
hope it all works out for you, (and that this reply wasn't to late or anyfin)
all my luff ~Nas
