Don't feel too bad... you've got people here who care about you. And you're certainly not the only one who feels jealous of half the world sometimes.
Certainly, don't demean your academic skills. They are _so_ important to your future. (this coming from one of the most academically lazy guys in the world... but meh.) Don't by into that 'us/them dichotomy' garbage. Just because you get good grades doesn't put you into some sort of pigeonhole. Oh, and RN *is* funny, honest. You have a great sense of humour.
