the worst part is that I don't know *how* to remove it!

I put loads of toilet paper on it.. I am so sickened by it.. the thought of actually having to TOUCH it, even trough all that paper.. and then the smell..

there's even liquid, its like a 'hairball combination gagged-on-food' spew
